If we're a good match, we'll send you a proposal to begin the estimation phase. This is a paid service (between $1,500–$4,000) and includes a full breakdown of costs, materials, and timelines. If you go ahead with us, this fee comes off your contract total.
We'll price your project accurately, based on drawings, engineering, permits, and quotes from our trusted suppliers. If the initial cost comes in over budget, we'll work closely with you to adjust and fine-tune—no extra fees, no pressure—just honest guidance to make it work.
When you're ready to go ahead, we'll prepare a Master Builders contract and walk you through every detail—inclusions, allowances, timelines, and payments—so everything is clear and transparent before signing.
This is where it gets exciting. You'll have access to our client portal to track progress, plus regular site meetings to stay across every stage. Your site supervisor will be on the ground daily to maintain quality and keep things running smoothly.
Once we're nearing the finish line, we'll do a detailed walkthrough together. Any final touch-ups will be taken care of promptly. When everything's just right, we'll hand over the keys to your new home—and celebrate with you! You'll have peace of mind knowing we're still here for you with maintenance support up to 12 months and structural warranty coverage for 7 years. If anything needs attention, we're just a call away.
