1. Make a Referral

Know someone planning a new build or major renovation over $500,000? Submit their details to us before they reach out.

2. They Sign a Contract

If your referral leads to a signed contract for a new home or large-scale extension, you’re eligible for our referral gift.

3. Receive Your Reward

When the contract is signed and the deposit is paid, we’ll arrange a thank you gift valued at 1% of the signed contract price (capped at $20,000, exclusive of GST).

There’s no limit on the number of referrals you can make—each successful referral earns a fresh reward (one per project, first received).

Program Terms & Eligibility

  • Applies to new builds and large-scale renovations/extensions (no minor works or consultancy projects)
  • Minimum contract value: $500,000 (including GST)
  • Only one reward per project—the first referral received takes priority
  • Referrals must be submitted before we’ve had any direct contact with the client
  • You can’t refer yourself or claim for your own project; immediate family living at the same address as the client aren’t eligible
  • Each reward is payable upon contract signing and deposit payment
  • Buena Vista Homes may use gift details/photos for marketing or promotional purposes
  • Program may be updated or withdrawn at any time without notice
