Positioned to maximise panoramic views over the bay, this architecturally designed home features three split levels carefully integrated into a challenging sloping site. The clients had a clear vision for layout, functionality and material selections, and our team worked closely with them to ensure every design requirement was met with precision. The orientation, window placement and internal floor levels were all strategically designed to capture natural light and showcase the surrounding landscape throughout the living spaces.
